This week, students presented their understanding of the 'Procedural Writing' by sharing the recipes of their favourite food or the recipes of the food they could prepare on their own.    Students worked either in pairs or in groups to practice the conversion of metric units of measurement of length, weight, and capacity. They used centimeter rulers to measure the lengths in one of the centers.  In UOI, we have been focusing on the concept of change. Last week was busy with Sports Day's practices and activities that we conducted for the students in Devendranagar school.   After observing different experiments in the Science Lab of the Senior School. This week we started with having to conduct experiments by our young scientists in the classroom. They were encouraged to research varied concepts that we have been learning and come up with their own experiments to enhance their understanding. The concepts that were covered by the students were 'Static electricity, Combustion, Solubility, Direction, Force, and Energy'.  Lots of videos were recorded while the students were conducting experiments and explained the concepts behind them.  Vihaan created cardboard slippers with reuse materials to add to the 'Makerspace projects corner'.
